About us

Materials understood from the ground up

ADP Cyclloflex operates at the intersection of technical textiles and recycling, developing materials and solutions designed for performance, efficiency and a more responsible use of resources.

With roots in the woven packaging industry and experience across polymer processing and manufacturing, we understand materials from the ground up — how they are made, how they perform, and how they can be recovered and put back to work. Operating out of Kolkata, India and setting up manufacturing capabilities in Kharagpur, India for post-consumer recycling, ADP Cyclloflex is transforming the way the woven sack and technical textile industry works by introducing circularity into it.

Our business brings together two complementary capabilities: technical textile products engineered for demanding applications, and recycling solutions that transform PP and LDPE waste into valuable secondary raw materials.

The people behind the business

Anand Jeloka

Anand Jeloka

25+ years in plastics

Mr. Anand Jeloka has been associated with the plastics industry for over 25 years. An experienced industrialist and entrepreneur, he is also the Managing Director of Sai Industries Pvt. Ltd., with extensive experience in the woven sacks and FIBC industry.

Over the course of his career, he has been closely involved in setting up and operating manufacturing facilities, developing polymer processing capabilities and navigating the evolving plastics industry.

He brings to ADP Cyclloflex a combination of technical know-how, manufacturing expertise and deep industry knowledge — providing the foundation for our work across technical textiles and polymer recycling.

Dhruv Jeloka

Dhruv Jeloka

Strategy & operations

Dhruv Jeloka is a Chemical Engineer from the University of Manchester with experience spanning management consulting and the plastics industry.

He began his career in management consulting, gaining two years of experience working across business strategy, problem-solving and operational improvement. He subsequently moved into the plastics industry, where he has developed hands-on experience across polymer processing, manufacturing and the broader plastics value chain.

At ADP Cyclloflex, Dhruv is involved in driving the company's business strategy, operations and development of its recycling and technical textile businesses, bringing together his technical background with his commercial and strategic experience.
